Excellent access to the site is provided by Highways No. 37 and Crowsnest Road. In addition, it is serviced daily by Lakeland & Waterways branch line and an adjacent parallel access gravel road which runs diagonally (north/south) through the two quarter sections.

The entire property is circumscribed by roadways. The property is well situated in terms of rail service, with six to ten switches per week. In addition, special trains have been dispatched  to the plant for special orders or car movements.
