On-Track is an Alberta-based provider of rail services and railway material handling systems nationwide.

In 1978, On-Track pioneered the first railcar movement on mainline trackage by means other than railroad operated locomotives or work trains. Over the years, it became apparent of the growing need to develop new machinery and equipment to meet the demands of contract service. Our recognized experience within the railway industry allowed us to accurately identify, develop, and patent unprecedented equipment for railways and industry affiliates. As an accomplished designer, manufacturer, supplier, and contractor, we are industry known for demonstrating improved concepts in all areas of railway material handling, Canada-wide. Our specialized railway material handling machinery and equipment is still being used for our contract operations to this day.

Duagh Yard is our home base in Sturgeon County, which serves as a premier rail hub in central Alberta. As a registered strategic railcar storage partner with CN Rail, our yard features north and south switches to access track space for 300+ railcars. With our fleet of locomotives and railcar movers, our crew and equipment is always ready to respond. Our services include: railcar storage, railcar transloading, and railcar cleaning.
